Thank you for ordering from Jewelili. We are working quickly to make sure you receive your new jewelry as soon as possible.  Below you'll find answers to the most common questions on shipping and tracking.  Please email us at info@jewelili.com if you don't see what you need further assistance.

    • When will I receive my product?

      • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will vary based on where you live in the U.S. Please allow 5-8 business days to receive your shipment. If we anticipate there to be a significant delay in your delivery, we will contact you ahead of time by email or telephone. Jewelili does not place shipments nor schedule deliveries on either weekends or holidays.

    • Where is my tracking number?

      • Tracking numbers are issued the evening your product is shipped.  You will receive a confirmation of your shipment and a subsequent copy of your tracking number by email within 24 hours.  All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, and can be tracked at USPS.com.  

    • Does Jewelili ship to a to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO address? Is a signature required?

      • Jewelili.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A signature is not required.

    • How much does shipping cost?

      • Jewelili provides complimentary free shipping on orders over $35.  Otherwise, your shipping costs will vary according to USPS Standard Shipping Rates, depending on the total cost of your order.  See your calculated shipping total before completing your order at Checkout.

    • What about oversees shipping?

      • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  Should you make arrangements for international shipment on your own Jewelili.com will not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed to your order for any reason. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
